2 Purpose of Processing
We process your personal information strictly for administrative and service fulfillment purposes:
- Scheduling and dispatching pickup and delivery executives to your specified PIN code area.
- Sending transactional push notifications and WhatsApp order tracking updates.
- Calculating precise service charges based on local PIN pricing and weight slabs.

3 Data Protection & Encryption
All network communication between the FreshSpin client application and our cloud datastore is encrypted in transit via HTTPS/TLS. Passwords and sensitive profile credentials are encrypted using salted SHA-256 cryptographic hashing algorithms to prevent unauthorized access.
